What data we collect
This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies and does not track you. The only personal data we collect is what you choose to send us through the forms on this site:
- Contact form: name, email address, and the content of your message.
- Talent pool form: name, email address, an optional link you provide (e.g. LinkedIn or portfolio), and the content of your message.
Why we process it
We process this data to respond to your inquiry or to consider you for future roles, based on the steps you request before entering a contract and on our legitimate interest in answering the messages we receive (art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f) GDPR).
How long we keep it
Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to resolve your inquiry, and no longer than 12 months. Talent pool applications are kept for up to 24 months, so we can reach out when a role opens. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
Who else sees it
Form submissions are delivered to our inbox through our email delivery provider and hosting infrastructure, acting as processors on our behalf. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, or erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email cristian.ignat@ignaris.com. If you believe we've mishandled your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro).
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update this page and its effective date.
